SHIPPING POLICY

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?

We want to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible. When ordering, please make sure you select the correct model and color because we cannot modify your orders once they are in the system. Modifications or cancellations cannot be made after the order is processed.

All orders are handled and shipped out from our U.S. warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, allowing you to track the status of your shipment. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the package and the delivery location.

TRACKING

As the receiver, it is your responsibility to track your order and submit any necessary requirements to the courier. If the order has been tagged as "return to sender" or results in unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver’s failure to follow up, we are not able to process any refund or replacement for free. In such cases, you may need to place the order again.

DELIVERY

Your order will be delivered by a trusted U.S. courier service (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx). If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left to advise how and where your delivery can be collected.

  • Shipping time: 3–5 business days

TAXES & DUTIES

All orders shipped within the United States are tax-inclusive at checkout. You will not be charged any additional duties or customs fees.

FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES

If your credit card account is in a currency other than US Dollars, you may be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction policies. For further details, please contact your bank.

Our store prices are shown in your local currency, but all transactions will be handled in USD through Paypal or Stripe at checkout.

CANCELLATION / CHANGES

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Please note that any orders that have already been packaged or shipped cannot be canceled.
